HydraKleen^® Automatic Liquid/Solid Separator was developed by Engineering Fluid Solutions to dramatically reduce consumption rates of process liquids and chemical additives on virtually any process tank or line. This high capacity, patent pending separator principally relies on gravity, along with several durable filtration elements, greatly improving product quality at a much lower cost. HydraKleen’s patented automatic screen rinse function keeps internal filter elements clean during operation, thereby reducing maintenance.

This fully packaged unit consists of non-disposable stainless steel filter elements, pump, controller, valves and fittings, all on a mobile stand with small footprint. HydraKleen is optionally equipped with magnets, oil/water separator and bactericidal equipment--it may be used for reclaiming liquids and/or solids. HydraKleen is the most efficient liquid/solid separator available.
